Based in Liverpool, Pharmapac was as very successful paper and packaging
company. At its core the business was a UK leading importer of generic
pharmaceuticals, which it packaged within a regulated environment and distributed
throughout the UK.
Citicourt was able to harness its detailed understanding of the company and the
sector to ensure that the exiting stakeholders achieved their objectives whilst the
company and incoming investors benefited from the flexibility of unlocking the
company’s equity.
