Jodi Bartin

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Jodi is a driven serial entrepreneur, having co-founded an engineering company at 22 and selling the business years later. Having completed an MBO before the pandemic, Jodi has been providing investment and M&A advice for decades and is now the CEO of London-based, FCA-regulated corporate finance advisory business Citicourt & Co Limited, and is a space sector and sustainability specialist. The firm specialises in the sustainability and space sectors, providing corporate finance advisory services for private firms, listed companies and funds.

Jodi was an early member of a small-cap AIM broker in London, where she was partly responsible for growing it into the largest small-cap broker in the city. She is a Freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists. Jodi attained postgraduate qualifications in finance at London Business School (“LBS”), having started her career as an advanced corporate finance analyst, where she and her team designed and advised on cost of capital exercises for large conglomerates. More recently, Jodi was nominated for a Modern Woman of the Year Award.

Nathan Steinberg FCA CF TEP

Director of the Advisory Board

Nathan has been a Chartered Accountant for over 35 years and is one of the UK’s most respected tax advisors. He has been on the ICAEW Council since 2007 as well as being a former President of its London Society, “LSCA”. He has had a varied career, training with a West End medium sized practice, then working for BDO before setting up sole practice.

Subsequently he became Senior Partner of Munslows LLP, which merged in 2017 with Kreston Reeves LLP. Nathan’s specialism is still private client tax as well as SME family business. From 1997 he expanded his career by joining the Board of a small-cap listed company. 

Since that time he has served as Chairman, Finance Director and non-executive director of a number of small-cap companies listed on AIM and the standard list. Nathan is also a member of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Accountants.

Chris White ​

Director of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) 

Chris is a technology finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking, venture building, capital raising, M&A and initial public offering (IPO) advisory. He has been FCA-regulated for decades, and has completed dozens of transactions since the pandemic including seed, Series A and B and multiple exits. He has strong sector knowledge in mobile telecommunications, fintech and gaming. Chris has also established and run accelerator funds for the UK government. He has worked in Qatar with the QIA and Ooredoo on telecommunications transactions and worked for US venture capital firm Cardiff Ventures as an Investment Director. Chris has a first-class degree in economics from Bristol University and a postgraduate certificate in international strategy from the London School of Economics (“LSE”).

Stuart Martin FRAeS FInstP​​

Director of Space

Stuart is one of the UK’s leading Space sector experts. For over 10 years, Stuart was the CEO of Satellite Applications Catapult, securing £193mn in grants to run the Technology Innovation Centre, and orchestrating funding and supporting hundreds of mature and early-stage growth businesses, including several employee spin-out companies. During his time as CEO, he worked with c.700 space-related companies, helped raise £1.38bn in investment, and served as a director of six spin-outs. In February 2024, he joined Citicourt & Co Limited as Director of Space and is the Chair of Trustees of the National Space Centre, as well as Chair of Space Solar Ltd. Stuart holds a BSc. in Physics (First Class) from Imperial College London and is a fellow of the Institute of Physics and the Royal Aeronautical Society,  and is a visiting professor at Imperial College. Stuart has an extensive network in the sector and deeply understands the actors.
