• Advised on the collaboration project Forest Mind – a service that will provide actionable insight for a sustainable forest-commodity future, combining knowledge and expertise from agricultural and sustainability specialists, Earth Observation data, and isotopic analysis to help food retailers and producers eliminate products that have caused deforestation from our food supply chains.
• Advised company which went on to develop digital standards design and architecture reporting for a cyber-physical / digital twin system at the IOSM (In-Orbit Servicing and Manufacturing) digital environment robotics facility situated within the Wescott Space Cluster. Advised Horizon Technologies. On IOD-3 Amber™, the first satellite in Horizon Technologies’ Amber™ which was one of the collective of small satellites included in Virgin Orbit’s LauncherOne.
• Advised Kepler Communications on the final prototype satellite for Kepler’s game-changing constellation of 140 Low Earth Orbit (LEO) communications satellites.
• Advised Orbital Micro Systems on IOD-1 GEMS, the first IOD mission to be awarded.

• Advised on multiple CyberSecurity projects, from the MOD, Shell, large financial institutions to small startups.
• Advised Allied Continental Technologies which covered Security & Aerospace sectors, Energy security, IT & Cyber Security, Homeland Security & Next Gen Technologies in 2018.
• Developed Royal Dutch/Shell Group security architecture, and oversaw its implementation across 200 sites in 130 countries between 1989-1999
• Our team was head of Criminal Intelligence Systems in the Metropolitan Police “C” department where it was responsible for “Analysis and Design for Project 880”; a high-security TEMPEST protected system, and designed and implemented microcomputer systems for Special Branch

• Advised on private real estate debt investing across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, with detailed analysis of target markets and asset types and comparisons with the US and Europe.
• Advised on Sustainability-based Impact investing in APAC physical real estate markets, with the aim of achieving tangible and measurable environmental and social targets as well as financial returns.
• Advised on the recovery potential of the long neglected retail real estate market across developed APAC markets.

• Advised Global Football Network, a football-focused fan network with a vast array of videos and written  content, bringing financial discipline and narrative to the already powerful platform.
• Set-up a $50mn venture fund in the esports vertical.
• Advised on a Series A raise for Ludus – an e-sports ecosystem application, raising capital from one strategic and two high net worths

• Advised on and introduced extensive debt and equity for one of the UK’s small vertical rocket launch sites. This project, although in the space sector, was largely an infrastructure mandate to build the site and data centres.  Substantial capex was required for a pre-revenue company, with first revenues forecast many years ahead.
• Advised on complex c.£60mn debt and equity raise for  infrastructure / leisure client in North-West England, UK

• Advised institutional client on investment into a leading US  alternative fats company and a spin-off from an incubator and R&D organisation funded by Bill Gates to solve climate-related issues. Its initial focus is on commercialising its fat for alternative dairy applications. The Series A funding round totalled $23mn in equity.
• Advised institutional client on investment into Scottish biotech startup producing soluble and active recombinant proteins for formulators, featuring improved gel and film formations. The seed round funding invested was c.£620,000 on a £3.4mn round.
