Operating under a merchant banking model, our corporate finance advisory services work in synergy with the company’s pillars: Citicourt Property Investments and Development. This approach offers corporate clients and investors multiple opportunities to do business with Citicourt & Co. We have access to capital while advising small and medium sized firms from their early stage funding requirements, through to larger fundraising, organic or M&A growth and then exit by going public or selling to a financial, trade or strategic buyer.
